Founded in late 2021, Celtic Capital Properties, LLC (CCP) began as a syndicated investment company with a highly specialized focus on the international FOREX markets, particularly the EUR/USD pairing. Our FX trading operations were powered by a proprietary algorithmic trading system that has been meticulously developed and refined since the early 2000s.

Our Journey and Success

Over the years, CCP successfully raised over seven figures to fuel our trading endeavors. This strategic investment led to remarkable growth of capital, culminating in an impressive 10X+ return for our initial syndicated partners by the time the program concluded in late Q1 of 2024. With an average simple return of over 124% per year, CCP delivered significant value to our partners and syndicated participants.

Transition and Future Plans

As we progress, we are in the process of cashing out over half of our current participants. The largest syndicated partners are being transitioned into Celtic Market Solutions, LLC's separately managed accounts program. These accounts are being established and funded with the capital acquired by Celtic Capital Partners and the profits generated by Celtic Market Solutions' trading operations.

Upon the completion of this transition, Celtic Capital Properties, LLC will pivot to become the Real Estate acquisition arm of the Celtic Family of Companies. This strategic shift marks a new chapter in our journey as we expand our portfolio and diversify our operations.
