At Celtic Capital Partners, LLC, we are a Houston-based, Texas-formed limited liability company established in 2021. With roots that trace back to the early 90s, our team has decades of experience in capital raising markets and financial consulting. Over the years, we have gained extensive exposure to a diverse range of business opportunities, allowing us to build a robust foundation in various industries.

Our journey has taken us through an array of ventures, including Ancient Coins, Private Placement Fundings under SEC Reg D offerings (504, 505, and 506), and left-side broker participation in both equity and debt financing. This rich history of involvement has provided us with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, paving the way for the formation of Celtic Capital Partners as a holding entity for the diverse interests we've accumulated over the years.

Our Focus and Evolution

Celtic Capital Partners has strategically pivoted from previous interests in instrument-based transactions, such as international Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit financing, to concentrate on raising capital for our Celtic-controlled entities. Currently, we are primarily focused on two key ventures:

• Celtic Capital Properties, LLC: A syndicated FOREX-based investment opportunity that has transitioned into our SMA program.
• Celtic Market Solutions, LLC: Our proprietary algorithmic trading initiative with      over 9000+ hours in program and risk management development.

Advancing Technology and Capital Solutions

Today, our primary mission is to raise capital and elevate the profile of Celtic Market Solutions, our proprietary trading software company. We aim to expand the scope and reach of their cutting-edge trading technology by partnering with short-term working capital investors. Our goal is to refine and perfect the concept of a personally owned offshore hedge fund-style trading program functioning inside each Separately Managed Account we license. 

This program is centered around constant market and trading account monitoring, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance proven algorithmic trading and risk management strategies.

Our initial focus on the $6.6 trillion daily volume international FOREX markets has now broadened. We are actively developing additional trading technologies that encompass:

• New non-correlated FX pairings.
• New Futures and options trading, specifically in Gold and Crude Oil.
• Expanding into the burgeoning Cryptocurrency markets, including BTC, ETH, and other blockchain-based technologies.
